We are a small craft brewery in Birmingham, Alabama inspired by the possibility that we all have the capacity to change the world; that you can “Create A World You Love!” We believe that the small things matter and that they are responsible for the big impacts we want to see in our lives. You could say our Tasting Gallery is the heartbeat of Trimtab Brewing. It's the front door and face of the company. It’s where our stories are told, where we come together for fun, family, friendship and creativity - and it's where together we build community.
MUSIC! ART! FUN IN THE SUN!
Our Tasting Gallery also serves as an art gallery for local artists, a music venue and as a rentable space for private parties and work events. We also have multiple shaded areas for outdoor seating. Furry friends allowed and encouraged!

Whether your event has twenty or two hundred people, the Tasting Gallery can be reserved for private party rentals. So whether you need a private table, a private room, or the whole brewery, please reach out to us. We would love to work with you to make our home your home for your special event.

We host a variety of food trucks throughout the week including Paradise Chow Tiki Cuisine every weekend. When there's no food truck options, please feel free to bring your own or order food! Our house is your house.
